The one-page summary

The problem

An expert selling knowledge online pays for and glues together 8–12 tools (pages, email, webinars, booking, courses, community, checkout, ads), and still has to learn to sell and market. Most never get there.

The product

One platform that does all of it, with an AI agent that builds the pages, campaigns and webinars and runs them, and helps decide what to sell. #2 of 16 on an objective list of 84 features; nothing else on the market runs the whole business with one agent. Built over 18 months.

Proof it works

10 businesses run on Stapilo; 6 already pay it about $2,200 a month, for now by transfer to the founder until the company invoices them (one is the founder's own business). Three of the six have paid for more than 12 months, two for several months, and one joined a month ago. None has ever left, and all six are in active daily use: each recorded customer activity in Stapilo in the past day (25 October 2026). Three of them alone have sold over $430k through it (over ₾1.1M, approximate figures from the businesses: about $46k through Stapilo's own checkout, measured; the rest high-ticket programs closed by phone from its funnels), with 69,000 contacts, 60,500 webinar registrations and 26,600 hours of webinars watched.

The market

400,000–600,000 businesses already pay for tools like this, spending $0.5–1.1B a year. The year-3 plan needs about 0.5% of them.

The founder

Levan Bakhia: 26 years in marketing (founded the agency Sarke in 1998, grown into Sarke Group), a working coach for six years, and the person who designed and built Stapilo.

How it grows

Founder-led content, guru partnerships with masterminds and an affiliate program, a podcast, paid ads to Stapilo's own masterclasses, and countries the big payment platforms can't serve, all backed by a success program for the first 500 customers.

The plan

About 45 paying businesses by month 3, 230 by month 9 (about $73k a month), 500+ around month 15, and about $4.1M of yearly revenue by year 3. Unit economics: a customer costs about $900 to win and is worth about $4,500 (5.0×), paid back in under 4 months.

The ask

$600k in three steps of $200k. Step 1 now, priced at $3.0M; step 2 committed for month 3 (at $3.7M if the goal is met, lower by formula if not, and optional for each investor below half of the goal); step 3 at month 9 at $3.7M if its goal is met, otherwise a lower price or stop. About 15.6% for investors if all three steps happen. The founder invests $60k on the same terms ($30k already spent building Stapilo, plus $30k new). The base plan counts only the software; the extras start after paid pilots.

Today's revenue

Bank statements for every payment from the six paying businesses, and the company's invoices once it bills them. One of the six is the founder's own business, and it doesn't count toward any goal.
